Schedule V 1.0
Week 1 (19 Jul): Concept idea
Week 2 (26 Jul): Idea development, role allocation
Week 3 (2 Aug): Presentation 1
Week 4 (9 Aug) : Player modeled + basic implementation, assets created have been
textured. Basic world created so programmers can start: Some functioning AI as boxes
etc. keep pumping out assets.
Week 5 (16 Aug) : Player with some attacks, enemy 1 implementation, world developed,
some environmental interaction in operation.
Week 6 (23 Aug) : all enemies finished, programmers start working on enemy skills and
make considerable progress on their AI. World finished and just need to implement
puzzles/details.
midsemesterbreak
Week 7 (6 Sep) : Presentation 2
Week 8 (13 Sep) : More assets developed, and textured. Start animating enemies
Week 9 (20 Sep) : Develop matte painting for world background, make sure camera angle
is perfect. Implement UI/HUD/Menu
Week 10 (27 Sep) : Polish off all major content, all enemies/player/puzzles animated.
Put together particle effects.
Week 11 (4 Oct) : No new major content implemented from this date. Minor content added,
Start ironing out bugs and "catch up" on unfinished content. Start working on sound
Week 12 (11 Oct) : Bug fixes: duration: 1 week
Week 13 (18 Oct) : Presentation 3
Note: All details listed next to dates are tasks to do STARTING from that date. Not
deadline to finish them by that date, if that makes any sense.
This is a rough guideline and will change 20 times before we finish.
